The stunning new Vodafone building (InnoV8) sits within the Christchurch Innovation Precinct. InnoV8 is an 8500sqm property, comprising four levels of office space, and a Vodafone Concept Store and cafés on the ground floor.

The site boasts a class-leading array of sustainability features, including passive solar design and high-performance façade; integrated fit-out design to reduce waste; and a highly efficient, above-Code ventilation system to provide a healthier indoor environment for staff.

The Challenge.


Managing the size and scale of the building within a surrounding environment undergoing continued intense urban development. Ensuring thorough, effective communication is sustained with multiple building stakeholders across a full FM package.

The Process.


Staged handover of building – landscaping, tramways and other infrastructure continue to be completed after its initial handover. Logic FM established all long-term maintenance contracts, prepares detailed OPEX budgets and administrates preventative maintenance contracts.

The Solution.


Logic FM engaged to provide full facilities management services, including administration of building warranty, defects and maintenance periods, management of planned and reactive maintenance, compliance monitoring and building warrant of fitness certification.
