The Maniototo Hospital new build is progressing well, with painting and floor coverings underway in the main Hospital. The access road is being prepared for asphalting and the Boiler House, Wood Chip Bunker and related services are well underway.

The Shands building is the oldest timber structure remaining in the Christchurch CBD and was located at 88 Hereford street.
