The Mercy Hospital Car park was completed and handed over on 10th August 2018. On Saturday 11 August, at 9.30am, it was officially opened with a walk-in preview and blessing.
The new car park at Mercy Hospital is in its last two weeks of construction. The final of the concrete slabs are being poured this week.
External condition surveys were undertaken this week for the Dunedin City Council. Heritage Architects, Structural Engineers and a Stonemason consultant were lifted over and around the Dunedin Town Hall and Municipal chambers assessing the building structure. Reports are due soon.

The successful drilling of the new stormwater pipe route under Marinoto Clinic and the pouring of the Grid C concrete beam have been recently completed. Our attention now turns to the installation of the concrete beams and flat slabs. The car park is on track to be completed late July 2018.

The rain over the last few days has turned the Mercy Hospital Car Park site into a lake! It took three pumps working flat out to get rid of excess water so they could carry on with the construction.
The Logic Group team met over the weekend at Flaxes Retreat for their annual Southern Championship. Between 9-11 February, Mountain Biking Otago (MBO) will be hosting the Altherm Oceania Mountain Bike Championships – they are currently working hard to ensure the Signal Hill track is in good condition.
