Dunedin City Council

External condition surveys were undertaken this week for the Dunedin City Council. Heritage Architects, Structural Engineers and a Stonemason consultant were lifted over and around the Dunedin Town Hall and Municipal chambers assessing the building structure. Reports are due soon.
Mercy Hospital Car Park

Good progress is being made on the new Mercy Hospital car park. There will be 96 car parks once the development has been completed. The majority of the excavation is now complete and the installation of the under-slab stormwater pipework has progressed. This project has a completion date of 31st July 2018.
