The exterior cladding is 90% complete and we are preparing the exterior for a wash down and repaint. The scaffold dismantle is progressing and the grassed courtyard will be handed over to the landscapers this week to rejuvenate to grass again after two months of foot traffic.
The University of Otago (UOO) Hayward College Refurbishment project reached the milestone of achieving practical completion at 5.00pm on Friday 15th February 2019 – exactly on schedule. Simon Dalton, UOO Senior Property Manager is pictured with Sam Cadden from Logic Group.
The first Hayward College refurbishment project toolbox talk for 2019 took place outside in the brilliant Dunedin sunshine. Between 120-140 people are on site everyday to ensure this project is handed over to the University of Otago in time for the students arrival.
