Construction has commenced on Clearwater Apartments, a boutique luxury apartment development. Logic Group are working closely with Marty Verry, (Redstag), under a construction management contract. The construction methodology is off to an innovative start – instead of the usual dewatering of the site, we lowered the lake 🙂

Dunedin City Council

Mercy Hospital Car Park

Good progress is being made on the new Mercy Hospital car park. There will be 96 car parks once the development has been completed. The majority of the excavation is now complete and the installation of the under-slab stormwater pipework has progressed. This project has a completion date of 31st July 2018.
